I've got the team looking into this. I just confirmed that your submission was in the pool we sent to the judges.
okay if i am in the pool thats good i put a lot of work into this thanks!
My entry is up: GOOD DOG, a game where you spend three days in a shelter as a real adoptable dog. Twelve real Minnesota listings, checked by hand. You cannot speak, so you bark, whine or stay quiet, and you watch it land wrong.
One of the twelve was adopted on Saturday while I was building it, so the game had to learn to say that instead of saying she is still waiting.

Submitting for Best Use of ElevenLabs and Best Use of Google AI. Good luck everyone.
Seems like a fun challenge to take part in. I posted a entry for this event, my second ever Dev challenge , taking me out of my comfort zone of c# coding and back into html. Hopefully my submission is better than my "artwork" 😅
Feel free to have a quick try of my demo/game and upload a art submission, and let me know how it is. Goodluck to all participants of the challenge event,
🐾 Sniffari — Every Walk Is an Adventure
Hi everyone! 👋
I just published my DEV Weekend Challenge: Dog Days Edition submission!
I built Sniffari, an AI-powered dog-walking adventure using Google Gemini for missions and photo validation, plus ElevenLabs to narrate the dog's final adventure story. 🐶✨

I'd love to hear your feedback. Good luck everyone! 🚀🐾
🔗 Finally got to submit something for the Dog Days Edition! 🐾
Meet Tail Tales — you tell it your dog's name, breed, and one weird little habit they have, pick a genre, and Gemini writes a short story starring them, in their own voice. Tried to make each genre actually feel different — a thriller builds tension and lands a twist, heart-warming just slows down and sits in one soft moment.
Built it mostly to see if I could get an AI to write with real personality instead of generic filler — turned out to be the most fun part of the whole weekend.

Would genuinely love to hear what genre you'd pick for your own dog. Good luck to everyone else who built this weekend! 🐶
😍
Goodluck to me
🐾 Dog Lover Level 📈 1000%
❤️ Dogs > Everything
My entry is up: "Your browser can segment, animate and encode MP4 now. I used it to make my dog talk." 🐕
Upload a dog photo, get a talking-head video back, entirely client-side: neural
background segmentation (ONNX), a WebGL lip-sync rig, and real H.264 export via
WebCodecs. No backend, no uploads.

Submitting for Best Use of ElevenLabs and Best Use of Google AI. Would love
feedback if you give it a try!
Good luck everyone 🐶
A dog-themed weekend challenge right before International Dog Day is
such a fun touch. The "one win per challenge but multiple category
eligibility" structure is a nice way to balance fairness with giving
people room to experiment with more than one prize tech.
Tight timeline (Fri to Mon) makes it feel approachable too, easy to
convince yourself "I'll just try something small" instead of overthinking
a huge project. Curious to see what people build with ElevenLabs for a
dog-themed submission, that's an interesting pairing.
Good luck to everyone participating!
This is my submission for this hackathon
Thanks for choosing such a beautiful and meaningful theme! It was an incredible experience building PawID & Care for this challenge

I´m Participating 😍🐶
My entry is up: MyPuppy is a mobile-first virtual pet inspired by the digital toys of the 1990s, reimagined around Brazilian mixed-breed dogs.

I created the post using the submission template but its not visible in the entries?? @heyitsjem can you please help me. Here is the link from my dashboard dev.to/aditya_chavan/the-dog-commu...
Hey @aditya_chavan, I was out this week so I apologize for the late response. I just checked and your project is showing up on the entries page for me. Sometimes it takes the site a moment to catch up.
Best use of those technologies?
Like, how do we get access to them?
Are we to pay for them?
Hey @m1raclescr1pt, apologies that this answer is arriving too late — I was out of office this week. All of the technologies we include in our challenges have free tiers. If they don't, we will include an access code or something similar to allow free use for the challenge. You don't have to pay to qualify for a prize category.
Okay, no problem. Thanks for the guide.
Actually, had to go read up the docs on how to have access to those tools.
Hey @heyitsjem submitted my entry for this challenge before the deadline, but the post isn't showing up in search or the #weekendchallenge entries feed (it does show as published on my dashboard). Flagging here in case others are hitting the same thing: Project Link
Hi @vikram003, sorry I didn't get back sooner — I was out of office this week. I just checked and found your post on the entries feed. Sometimes it takes a while for the site to catch up.
Hello everyone my name is kane and this is my entry for the devteam hackathon. I created this platform named PawGuard which is responsible for instant abuse reporting and community rescue for dogs in danger.
You can check it out here.

Cool idea. A bit late for me to start now, but I'm curious what others come up with.
