Achieved Completionist Status for this Hacktoberfest! (Now aiming Completionist++ prob)

Sir @francistrdev, I've got a serious issue!
Thing is I had once logged in using my college account to DEV, and then requested to delete it a month ago. It's still not deleted and somehow MLH added it to connections(Also, the profile is not explicitly connected to MLH):

Now I either need @star_dev account to be deleted as I requested a month ago or it to simply be removed from myMLH profile. But nothing has been changed. Also, my all hacktoberfest badges got transferred to wrong profile and I did everything, I mailed, I added a ticket on discord which got completed but issue didn't get solved.
If someone had been with something like this please help me!

@heyitsjem @ben @jess Can you look into this issue? @star_dev needs to be deleted in @dj29 request but is not deleted?

@dj29 You should be able to remove it from your mlh, but that's fascinating that it doesn't let you to begin with...

Are you able to log into that account again? Maybe you can request to delete it again and see if the DEV team can transfer those badges. You might need to verify that account is actually yours, but that's not up to me to decide unfortunately.

Yes, I'm able to log into it:

See? MLH is not connected.

And it says this on trying to delete it:

Also, I don't get any further mail.

Also, sorry to bother you Sir @francistrdev 🥲

No need to apologies! Again, I like helping and it brought me joy to see someone asked me for assistance lol.

I would submit an email to the DEV team stating that you would like to delete this account with proof of email that you use that for that account. Then mention to move all the hacktober stuff onto your @dj29.

A few things:

  1. Giving my last internal exam of college.
  2. Completionist++ for hacktoberfest.
  3. Hosted my hacktoberfest meetup as a host.(first event of my life hosted solo by me.)

Does it end here or there is milestone 5? And good for you!

Thanks!
I don't think there's a milestone 5, since there's no new milestone on my hacktoberfest profile.
It might be that there's certain conditions needed for milestone 5 like more points and challenges completed. For now, I don't know if there's any new milestones.

Published a walkthrough on writing a correction after a coding agent builds a UI. The hypothetical example shows how to specify a mobile overflow fix while keeping the existing React components and palette, then check the relevant viewport widths.

I'm building Ahed around prompt composition and follow ups. The article is labeled as AI generated and includes a prompt you can adapt.

I love how the community highlights wins ranging from fresh FAQ templates to nailing Completionist status in Hacktoberfest, because those micro‑victories keep the creative spark alive. This week I finally organized my maine-license-plate.org converting a long‑standing backlog into a tidy, searchable archive that felt surprisingly rewarding. That sense of closure has already inspired me to draft a reusable snippet for future retrospectives, so the next round of achievements can be captured and celebrated even faster.

My win this week: I gave my third court AI talk on Friday, and the jokes landed. I've learned I don't love public speaking, but I'm proud I did it at all, three times, a year after my first line of code. I wrote it up here: dev.to/earlgreyhot1701d/ai-took-me...

**Plot twist:
6 years experience in Software implementation and Customer Support.

I’m currently participating in Stardance, a global hackathon hosted by Hack Club, a nonprofit pertaining to teenagers across the world. I just came back to DEV.to after a while because the summer just recently ended, to make a blog post about one of the projects I made for Stardance. I just won a Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D printer completely for free from that very project! I’m also fourth in the global leaderboard for time coding, which I think is a very good accomplishment, whether or not there are people saving 300 hour projects to submit right before the end that will definitely surpass me.

Had Claude Code make the demo GIF for my README this week: script, recording, captions, and the final loop. It all ran in a devcontainer with Playwright, so it never touched my own browser. I don't think many people know it can do this.

Completely rewrote my music podcast processing pipeline to automate as much of it as possible. I can now hand a recorded show to my code, and it can find all the tracks in my personal music library, chapterize the recording, add track, artist. album, year, and cover to each chapter, write a blog post that incorporates the show announcement plus the track list, post that, and upload the podcast episode to my server.

Now all I have to do is catch up all my back episodes!

Deleted a year's worth of dead code from my app in one commit, and the whole test suite still passed. That included ending a paywall A/B test: the comparison layout won, so everyone gets it now on web and in the app.

Smaller one: lifetime buyers can now find their order under View invoices.

I finally got some people to be beta testers for my Ai stock website, IntegralStocks.com simulator by having them pracitce investing in a simulator. Although most of them could not care. Do you guys have any tips for motiviting people to test them without having a huge cash prize for the winner?
