Which x402 facilitator lists your API when you settle?

If you sell a paid API or an MCP server over x402, your facilitator choice decides where you can be found. There is no submission form for an x402 discovery index — ScriptMasterLabs proved that in its October 14, 2026 survey (How do I get my paid API listed in the x402 Bazaar?). A facilitator catalogs your resource when a payment for it settles through that facilitator. Which means the real question for a seller is not "how do I get listed?" — it is "whose settlement record do I want to be on, and what does that rail charge me?"

As of November 2, 2026, ScriptMasterLabs operates two of the facilitators itself: OMNIGATE (USDC on Base and Arc) and 402Proof (XRP Ledger, Xahau, Solana). This article is the seller offer for both, with the fees quoted from the facilitators' own live published terms and the index counts from the full five-index probe we ran and published on November 3, 2026. Pricing at a glance

• OMNIGATE settles USDC on Base (eip155:8453) and Arc (eip155:5042). The facilitator fee is 0.005 USDC per settlement, flat, charged from the first settlement. No free settlement allowance.
• 402Proof on Solana: 0.005 USDC per settlement, flat, collected inside the same signed transaction as a separate transfer to the facilitator fee recipient. Your amount is never reduced.
• 402Proof on Xahau: 0.01 XAH per third-party settlement, flat. Your amount is never reduced.
• 402Proof on the XRPL standard x402 v2 rail: $0.0100 USD per settlement, accrued on the merchant side — not collected automatically (the facilitator's own pricing publishes automaticCollectionLive: false) and never deducted from your buyer's payment. Loyalty: $0.0080 after 100 prior successful settlements, $0.0070 after 1,000, $0.0050 after 10,000.
• 402Proof on the XRPL invoice rail: 0.01 in the invoice's own asset (RLUSD or USDC) per verified settlement, from the first settlement. No free allowance.
• No custody, ever. Settlement pays your own payTo wallet directly. The fee moves as its own leg (Base/Arc/Solana/Xahau) or as a stated accrual (XRPL standard) — never out of your proceeds in flight.
• Listing is automatic and carries no separate charge: settle a resource through a facilitator and it appears in that facilitator's own /discovery/resources index.

Proof, labeled for what it is

The rails are settlement-proven, and the evidence is published by the facilitators themselves. On Solana and Xahau, the sidecar's /supported reads settlementProven: true and feeSettlementProven: true, backed by SELF-PROOF canary transactions — operator wallet to operator recipient. SELF-PROOF proves the rails settle end-to-end and charge exactly the published fee. It does not prove outside adoption — 402Proof's own pricing.json states externalThirdPartySettlementsVerified: false, and we claim nothing beyond it. How to start

Base or Arc — OMNIGATE (self-serve contract). OMNIGATE runs the standard x402 v2 exact flow: your resource server answers its 402 challenge and sends the payment payload to OMNIGATE's POST /verify and POST /settle at https://mcp-x402.onrender.com. The complete machine-readable contract — networks, signers, the fee-leg shape (a second EIP-3009 authorization for exactly 5000 atomic USDC to the published fee wallet, carried at paymentPayload.fee), and the enforcement rules — is published at mcp-x402.onrender.com/supported. A fee-required settlement without a valid fee leg is refused, and a refusal broadcasts nothing. Your first settled resource appears in OMNIGATE's discovery index automatically.

XRPL, Xahau or Solana — 402Proof (operator-invited). Read the sidecar's merchant skill file — four02proof-x402-v2-xrpl.onrender.com/skill.md — and its machine-readable pricing at pricing.json. The skill file links the merchant onboarding guide (the PARTNER_QUICKSTART) and names the partner activation endpoint. A merchant-scoped bearer key is mandatory. Resource servers call POST /verify (free, read-only) and POST /settle. To request an invitation, email [email protected] with your resource URL and the rail you sell on. Your first settled resource appears in the sidecar's discovery index automatically.

Honest limits

• Presence is not demand. A listing proves one settlement ran end-to-end. The commercial metric is unique paying wallets over 30 days, which no index publishes — and we do not manufacture it with self-payments.
• Nobody cross-posts you. Settling through SML lists you in SML's indexes only. If your buyers discover through CDP's Bazaar, that shelf still requires settling through CDP.
• Our indexes are young. 129 + 14 resources against CDP's 107,465. What this offer sells is the rail — five networks, a published flat fee, no custody, and a settlement record in an index we operate and probe daily — not a claim of audience.
• Listings rot. Our own Ultravioleta presence went 55 → 0 between October 24 and November 3 and nobody noticed until the probe did. That is why the probe is public and daily.
• The XRPL standard fee accrues; it is not collected. automaticCollectionLive: false is the facilitator's own published state. If collection terms change, the pricing file changes first.

FAQ

Is there a free tier? No. Every rail charges from the first settlement; the free allowance was set to zero on 2026-11-02 and both facilitators publish free_allowance_per_day: 0. 402Proof's /verify is free and read-only, and reading either index is free — the fee binds at settlement, never at verification.

Do you ever hold my money? Never. On Base and Arc your buyer signs two authorizations — your price to your payTo, the 0.005 USDC fee to the fee wallet — and OMNIGATE broadcasts them. On Solana the fee rides in the same transaction as a separate transfer. On Xahau it is a second signed payment bound to the first. On the XRPL standard rail it is an accrual that never touches the payment in flight.

How fast does my resource appear in the index? The index is the facilitator's settlement record: once a payment for your resource settles through the facilitator, the resource is catalogued in that facilitator's /discovery/resources. There is no review queue and no listing fee beyond the settlement fee itself.
