Meta's Muse: Get 1 Billion Free Tokens That Never Expire With an Invite Code

Right now, Meta's new AI agent, Muse, gives you 1 billion tokens when you sign up with an invite code, and the person who invited you gets 1 billion too. On my account, those tokens are listed as "Never expires." Tokens are the unit Muse uses to count how much you can ask it to do.

Muse is Meta's personal AI agent. It does things for you instead of only answering questions: it books travel, fills in forms, makes purchases and sends email. It launched on September 8, 2026, and is now available in the US and Canada, for people 18 and over. It runs in the iOS, Android and Mac apps, in WhatsApp, and on the web at muse.ai.

How to claim the 1 billion tokens

1. Install Muse. Open https://muse.ai/join and you get QR codes for the iOS, Android and Mac apps.
2. Sign up.
3. Within 48 hours of signing up, go to Settings > General > Redeem invite code and enter a code. If you don't have one, you can use mine (IS053G), listed at the end of this post.

Both the person who enters the code and the person who shared it get 1 billion tokens. One account can invite up to 20 people.

What my account shows

On October 23, 2026, I opened Settings > General > Usage. The top row is the free plan: "Free plan," "Weekly limit resets on Oct 30," "0% used." The row below it is what the invite gave me: "Additional tokens," "Never expires," "0% used (1B tokens left)."

The free plan has a weekly limit, and there are two paid plans for heavier use: Power at $20 a month and Maximum at $100 a month. The 1 billion tokens from the invite sit on top of that weekly limit, and on my account they have no expiry date.

The first time you open the app, Muse greets you by name (上原 is my name, Uehara) with "Hey 上原, I'm your personal agent, not just a regular assistant," and asks you to pick a name for it. You can change the name later.

Two things to watch

• The 48-hour window starts when you sign up. Have a code ready before you create your account, or you may miss it.
• Muse is offered in the US and Canada, and sign-up checks your region. I signed up from Japan and it works for me, but Japan is not on the list, so it may not work for everyone outside the US and Canada.
