Have you heard about calculators?
Do you know that calculators can do addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and some other basic math fast and without any errors?
The frontier calculators, a.k.a. scientific calculators, can do even more complex math, super fast and error-free! You won't even have to review them anymore. You'll just have to know how to "prompt them" properly!
And then there's something called computers! The government just put a ban on them, so only a specific set of people can use them. Those are the next level. They can do all sorts of calculations super fast, using some skill files called programming.
Seriously, why do people bother to learn math anymore? 😜
Sounds familiar? 🤣
If so, then:
- Do not stop learning the fundamentals of programming.
- Do not stop writing code by hand.
- Use AI if it is useful, but not as a replacement for programming.

Math is what the whole world runs on. It's behind literally everything we see and it will never, ever, ever, ever become irrelevant. 😄
That doesn't mean everyone needs to learn advanced math. But basic to intermediate math always matters and not just because you use it every day (even though you do). It matters because it teaches you how to think 🧠. It trains logic and shows you how the mechanics of the world actually work, so you're far better prepared when problems come your way.
And it's also fun... really fun.
Yup, just like programming 🥰
One thousand percent!
🥰
AI won't replace you, just like calculators didn't make math obsolete 🥰
You are right! 🥰
