These Google creative status codes fire after the creative exists and before it is allowed to serve. They are consent, vendor, and SDK checks.
14 is a detected sensitive category the request excluded. 189 is an unknown SDK id. 190 is an SDK id the request does not allow. 193 is a missing SDK id. 191 is an invalid OMSDK script URL. 192 is COPPA or kids-and-families filtering on syndicated demand.
200 is an iOS video missing playsinline. 201 is a TC string that does not consent to a vendor in the creative. 202 is a GVL macro that is not a positive integer. 203 is a GVL id that is not on the current Global Vendor List.
Each of these is ${CREATIVE_STATUS_CODE}. The OpenRTB loss reason on the same notice is a different number.
