Verve's loss table is the OpenRTB numbers its own auction returns.

Verve documents the loss reasons its own auction produces. An upstream auction can forward other codes. The ten below are the ones Verve names.

1 is an internal error. 3 is an invalid response. 4 is a bad deal id. 7 is missing markup. 9 is a missing price. 102 is a higher bid. 103 is a loss to a deal bid. 104 is a blocked seat. 202 is a disapproved creative. 206 is an app bundle exclusion. Verve still uses the OpenRTB 2.5 name for 206, not the current store-id meaning.

Verve fills ${AUCTION_MINIMUM_BID_TO_WIN} on 102 and on 103. On the other codes in this list the macro is not the signal. The Verve index includes the category and attribute codes that did not fit here.
